Emma Zwegers
Emma, MSW, RSW, Social Worker, Psychotherapist, understands that when we become consumed by thoughts that we are not good enough, difficult memories, the unknowns of life, negative body image, and fall into a dark place, it can be challenging to find hopefulness and move forward as the best versions of ourselves. Finding answers to the wonders of, “who am I?” and “what is important to me?”, while also navigating relationships, family, school, work, loss, and life transitions can be overwhelming, but you do not have to figure it all out alone. For 7 years Emma has specialized in supporting young people and adults manage mood and anxiety concerns, and work through life’s various challenges.
