Olivia, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Intern, believes every individual has the ability to re-write their story to pursue a life they want and deserve. She offers a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, creating a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, identify strengths, bring new perspectives, and foster self-authenticity. Recognizing that the therapeutic journey is unique for each person, Olivia will develop a personalized treatment plan for you that promotes change, healing, and self-awareness to reach your mental health goals.

Olivia brings many years of experience supporting diverse populations, including children with autism and ADHD, adults recovering from acquired brain injuries, as well as post-secondary students experiencing academic stress, depression, and anxiety. She is interested in working with individuals struggling with life transitions, stress & burnout, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, ADHD, and women’s health issues such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). She holds a personal connection to PCOS and would love to help other women going through the same journey.
