As a compassionate and person-centered therapist, Jodie English, MSW, RSW, is dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Her approach is rooted in empathy, focusing on your unique strength and needs, and recognizing that you are the expert in what will and won't work in your life. Jodie believes that therapy is a collaborative journey and she strives to ensure that each session leaves you feeling heard, supported, and empowered, with practical tools and insights to help you navigate life's challenges.
Jodie has over a decade of experience supporting children & families who have faced a diverse range of challenges and adversities. She is experienced in supporting those facing anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, caregiver stress and burnout, life transitions, supporting survivors of sexual abuse and their parents, low self-esteem, and people who have had a sudden loss or unexpected crisis occur.
Outside of work, Jodie is a mother, stepmother, daughter, sister, partner, cousin, and friend. She enjoys trying to make a magical childhood for her daughters, trying to out fish their Dad, reading, and some Netflix.
